About me!

Hi!!! My name is Floora and i am 13 years old. I live in Australia, Perth in W.A. Im dutch but speak english. I love horses and have one of my own. I live with my both my parents and my 14 year old brother. I have been in Australia for only 3 years. Before i lived in Denmark. I have been around horses for 5 years and been riding them for 4 years. We have a 5 acre block and don't have any pets except for my horse (Bunker). She is called Bunker because in dutch it means bolting down your food which is what she does. She isn't on our property but across the road from our driveway since the manure atrackts to many flies. We don't have any pets because my dad is alergic to some sort of dust in the hairs. We could keep birds but we have plenty of them in our garden flying free. We could also keep fish but they are to boring!!!
I like reading and my fav author is Brian Jacques, especially his series form Redwall. I also like watching tv and playing sports. I ofcourse love horseriding! I go to a local pony club called Eastern Hills Horse and Pony Club.

Bunker is 7 years old and is a female. She is 1/2 Quarter horse and 1/2 Apaloosa. She is liver Chesnut adn does NOT have spots. People seem to think that if a horse has a little bit of apaloosa in them that they need spots ;-)! Anyway i have had her for 1 1/2 year now. She is really cute. She is very bitchy to other horses so she doesn't often find a horse wich is her friend. Now she does. This girl that i know from pony club has a little pony about 12'2 hands high (bunker is 14'2). His name is Sam. The owners name is Lara. Well Sam and Bunker are crazy for each other. When Lara and i ride together we are cantering along right next to each other so our knees are touching and Bunker has her ears forward and all. So does Sam. What bunker usually does is put her ears right back and threaten to kick by pointing her bum to the other horse. Sam and Bunekr can go in the same paddock. They trust each other so much that they just roll at the same time, have a good bolt.

CONGRATULATIONS

I just have to mention Sarah on here! Sarah is a year eleven studen at my school and goes to my pony club. She has had her horse for a couple of months and just found out that Flossy (her horse) is 6 months pregnant!! It seems that with her old owner Flossy had been standing in a paddock next to a really nice breeding stallion. Now the owner (no one knows wether it was accidental or on purpose) had put Flossy with the breeding stallion. Maybe the owner didn't know that Flossy was in season. Well then it happened. Sarah is very excited. Well Sarah congratulations to you and Flossy!!
